How Do You Cycle?

hello! can someone tell me how (step by step) how to cycle a tank?
i never cycled before and my tanks are fine ( all about a year old)

Actually, you did cycle: you fish-in cycled probably or maybe even silent cycled. It is biologically impossible to keep a fish alive inside an aquarium which hasn't been cycled.
