honey gouramis

i have 2 honey gouramis in a 20 gal tank. im pretty sure one is female and one is male. right now they are small, about 2.5cm and they are bright yellow with red at the end of their top and bottom fins and on their tale. i got them because i had more gourimis in my tank and they were community fish. i am not so sure of how big they get and what color they turn to. can someone give me advice on how big they get and other physical traits?
