Honey Gourami Gender?

I have had my Gourami for awhile, and I am curious what gender it is. Sorry the pictures are not the best, he/she is kind of shy, and won't let me get very close.

It's one of the weird colour forms and could be male or female. When it matures it will possibly change colour if it's a male.

How old is the average age when they when they reach maturity? Sorry, I don't know a whole lot about honeys other than how to care for them.

6 months for sexual maturity and about 12 months to full colour

I know I'm kind of late, but your gourami looks like a male to me. If you look at its top fin, you can see that it's pointed at the end. That shows that it is a male.
