When the male tries to put the fry back in the bubblenest they fall out again, so all the fry are on the bottom of the tank. They should start swimming soon though.

The fry didn't make it . I'll try to spawn them again in 2-3 weeks.

I'm so sorry this batch didn't work out! Glad you will be trying again though!

I finally have a first successful breeding myself - - oh the stress of raising the young ones!!!


yours seem to have gotten together very well, I am sure it won't be hard to breed them again!

Thanks. The female was a gift from an IBC Convention. Someone bought her and then gave her to me.
