Looks like a high tech set up with drop checker and diffuser, and what looks like a small cannister of co2 thats behind the tank.

It is thanks for the kind words everyone!
Also I only have 3 yellow shrimp But on the bright side their all berried couldn't buy much since they are like 9 bucks per shrimp
