I want to find out what type of catfish this is because I dont think it is a Pictus catfish. Any help please?

I'm not all that good at IDing synos so could be very far off..but it sort of looks like synodontis njassae.

That fish is a black fin shark aka jordans catfish, columbian shark... It prefers brakish water (mix of salt ans fresh) but can be aclimated to either just salt or freshwater. Technically it is a cat fish but some people call it a cat shark.
