Help!

hi everyone i was just hoping someone on here would know the answer to my question.

the bailifs came round my house yesterday demanding my property for a debt that i had completely forgottern about! :blush:

but one of the items he wrote down was my tank which is 6x2x2 (and full) good luck on moving it!

i have a breeding pair of flowrehorns and a breeding pair of zebra plecs both with fry which are worth quite a bit!

surly they cant take pets? and that wuold stress them out massivly

Im afraid I think you will find they can pretty much take what they want, and I dont suppose they will be too concerned about the effect it will have on them. Im really sorry this has happened to you - it must be very stressful.

First of all; I'm sorry for your troubles; I hope you work things out...

I've had a good trawl round the internet, and as far as I can make out, bailiffs are NOT allowed to remove 'pets or live animals'
It's certainly worth arguing over, anyway...
