dont judge me until u read all of it!!!

60 gal tank

100 + black convict
2 jack dempsey
2 flower horn
2 unknown cichlid
6 jelly bean parrot
1 blood parrot
3 pleco

not tell me that its way over stocked!!!


the problem is my cusin dumped the 100 + black convicts, jellybean parrot, and 1 jack dempey on me and he dosent want me to sell them!!!
what should i do???
sooo stressed out with soooo many water changes

i have to use a devider so my bigger fish wont eat them!!!!!!

You need to get rid of most of those fish as soon as possible..

I stunted a bunch of my fish, and 95% of them died within a year.

If you don't get rid of most of those fish within a few months you are making a huge mistake.

You can basically keep 2 maybe 3 cichlids in that tank.

Definitely not the flowerhorns or the plecos.

Maybe a blood parrot and 2 jellybeans?
Maybe the 2 jack dempseys?

You need to figure something out very fast though.

Maybe you could build a heated pond 100 times that size ??? Thats about all you can do if you can't get rid of them...

buy a big water tub (rubbermaid tub in america?), cheap filter and clone it with your current one and a heater. Slap a few decorations in for cover. That'll buy you a little time (and give you a quarantine tank for the future)
