He didn't like the idea of my hobby at first but now he says "good morning" and "good night" to the fishies. I had him feed them a few times too. Now he loves them also

Sounds like you have him wrapped around your lil finger. You'll have to teach him how to do water changes next

there's me trying to be all family forum friendly... then you lot come along

dont worry im not going to be rude

why dont you send round the mob wilst you out to threaten him into getting you that tank,,
just do what i did,,told wife i was getting a bit of a bigger tank,then look in shops<with him at small tanks,,,,,then a week later say im going to take a second look at those tanks<he should be thinking"oh those nice little tanks" then come home with a wooper, as i DID

pour a jug of water on the floor each morning and tell him your old tank is leaking and eventually it'll cost him a new carpet/floor and when you've got your new tank, funily enough the the old one suddenly stopped leaking then you have 2, that is abit devious, not tryed it but i've been band from more tanks and you have to do what you have to do lol.
i normally bargin on the new bike/boat part new fish
It's a shame some men don't realise a happy woman is a good woman
