Help!! Synodontis Nigrita or Ocellifer?

Hey y'all! I was under the impression that my two fish, Shade and Midnight, were Upside Down Catfish (Synodontis Nigriventis) as they were SOLD AS SUCH, WITH MY NIGRIVENTIS. Looking further into it, they do not match the coloration or shape, so I went sleuthing. As far as I can see, I believe they are Ocellifer's, they do not currently have any bone plate structuring that the Nigrita's (The False Upside Down Catfish) clearly have. They are juvenile, and only about 1.5 inches at the moment. (I've had them for about 2 months now) Please let me know what you think from these photos! I really hope they are Ocellifer's, which I can manage in my future 75 Gallon (Less than a month away!) But if they are Nigrita's, I will absolutely have to return them, their size is way out of my league. Any advice or identification experts is SUPER APPRECIATED!

I believe nigrita juveniles, sorry. Too many spots on them even as juveniles and the spots are smaller than Ocellifer's

From my reading on Ocellifer's some have more spotting than others, I hope that's the case? The only way I can really find out I guess is see them grow?

Does anyone what type these are please? I have researched and looked at pics and can't seem to find something that looks exactly the same. One swims upside constantly or just rest behind the filter pipe (most of the time) and the other never swims upside down but is constantly moving. Fairly new to fish keeping and still learning.
