Help! Found A Baby Fish In My Tank, Id Please!

Well, if it was a sword, would it actually have a sword at this moment? Or would it grow it?

In my tank i have:

1 Yellow Femail Platy With Black Stripes On Tail
1 Orange femail platy with black fins
2 Orange male platys
1 Yellow and orange swordtail male
1 yellow and brown swordtail male

They typically don't start to develop their 'swords' until they are at least 6 months ( it sometimes takes much longer) old. Female Swords never develop swords. If you do not have any female swords in your tank then the mother is definitely a Platy. It would be hard to say which one though as they can all interbreed (even Swords and Platies) resulting in any number of color possibilities.

sword tails only get there swords when there sexually mature and its only the mails with the swords

They become sexually mature long before they get their 'swords'.

Well, after half an hour with net, i managed to catch it and put it in a breeder trap. Still no clue where it came from as fish are due in 1-2wks

It's possible that it is 2 weeks old (possibly just not getting much food in the tank with the adults)...that would mean mom probably has another 2 weeks to go in her next pregnancy.
