Green Severum, parasites? *Need help* any ideas on what it is/ how to treat?

So it’s this thing on his Gill/ fin I don’t know what it is but that’s the only place with it

I once had a cichlid that had a fluke parasite by his Gill it was almost transparent I was the only one that was able to see it. I needed to take him out of the tank use a magnifying glass and a pair of tweezers and pull it off him. I really have no idea what I'm looking at when I look at your picture my suggestion is that you take the fish out briefly play some on a wet washcloth use a magnifying glass inspect it take a clearer picture put them back in maybe somebody can identify it and if you see it has any moving parts then you're dealing with a parasite not a fungus ECT. Good luck
