Granular Sand Supplier

I'm looking to use 1-2mm granular sand as a substrate.

Anyone got any idea where I can get this? All the lfs around me tend to sell 3-5mm gravel or sand, and at stupid prices. I'm starting to look around garden centres but haven't found any yet. I've googled but without any luck so far.

have you tried B&Q? also look up any quarry's you may have in your area.

I went to B&Q last night. Same story there. Sand, gravel or cobbles. No fine gravel/coarse sand.
