The best, trusted sellers on the h=net would have to be liveaquaria.com although expensive, they are very good!

yeah ive heard they were good but i need a site that sells BROWN knife fish (Apteronotus leptorhynchus) not to be confused with the black ghost knife

Not sure about that species, but, I've purchased twice from liveaquaria.com....pricey but excellent fish and they've all survived. They arrive heated and packed well and they guarantee the fish for 14 days.. SH

Go to aquabid and look for things being sold by swampriveraquatics, tamafishman1 and floridaguppiesplus. I have dealt with all of them and found them to be reliable. Be very careful what you order because the description they give is exactly what it represents itself to be. If you want a pure something, don't buy a "derived from" from any of them. They seem to be scrupulously honest but you can still be misled by reading into one of their listings what you want them to say. A fish that says it originated from different species of wild mollies is still a hybrid, etc.
