Fishless Cylcing Help?

I have recently started up my aquarium again (10 gallon) and I'm fishless cycling it at the moment. I was just wondering, my water is rather low, do I refill it or leave it? I just thought it might mess up the ammonia and bacteria in the tank, but I'm not sure. Answers will be appreciated!

You're quite safe to top it up, as long as you remember to dechlorinate the new water first

If the water level is very low you might need to add a bit more ammonia, that's all.
