Fish Out Of Water

I took everything out of my tank getting ready to gravel vac our tank when i took out a rock where my 2 spotted raphael catfish stay. i took it out forgetting
totally about them.they never came out of the rock.After i finished the vac i couldn't find them so at first i thought i buried them so i looked all over the place for them. I looked at the rock and saw them in the rock i quickly put them back. they were out of the water for 10 minutes, will they live?

If they were alive when you put them back in then hopefully they will bounce back. Might be a bit quiet for a few days, but you're not the first person to have done this.
I've heard of others doing it and the fish being fine. Just keep and eye on them and make sure there is plenty of oxygen in the water and the tank stats stay good.
