Fish Identity

Hi,

I have just bought a fish from my local fish shop. The fish was advertised as a red leopard Molly. Since putting it in my tank, the other mollies haven't been near it and it stays with the platys. Is it possible I have bought a platy instead of a molly?

from what i see it looks like a platy but i can't really tell becasue of the picture quality but it seems like a platy to me

i'd hedge my bets its a crossbreed. the tail end def looks like a platy, but the mouth does look mollie

I thought mollies could crossbreed with guppies, and platies crossbreed with swordtails, but not mollies and platies together?
