Feeding my Mbuna Broccoli

Hi guys. Nice easy one for you. I want to feed my Mbuna some broccoli and eventually some other veggies. Never done this before.
Do I feed raw, blanched or cooked?
Any advice appreciated

I would not give them cruciferous vegetables. Instead I would try zucchini, cucumber or peas. You can do spinach or lettuce although mine do not eat the lettuces. I also use Repashi and put cucumber, peas and zucchini.
