LOL, the fish looks like it is wearing make up

It looks like a sinus infection. Possibly caused by poor water quality or something in the water.

If the tank is clean it should clear up by itself in a few days. You can do a water change and it should help.

It it's a new fish, it could be natural colouration and markings. Give it a few days and see how it goes. The markings definitely highlight is face, it even has eye brows

Update: I fed him medicated food and the colouration is now gone, I think I will continue the med for a few day.

It could have been stress colouration from being moved, or nocturnal colouration. Monitor it and see if it comes back.
