Discus Fry Update + Other Babys

My fry are doing well, they are keeping me busy with daily waterchanges and lots of feeding, mum and dad still rounding up any stragglers, look at how they've grown

That's adorable! Excellent pics.
I don't know much about breeding discus, at what age do they stop getting food from their parents slime coat? Is that what the one n the top right is doing?

Thanks for kind comments, they stopped feeding off parents about a week ago, so i could remove parents, some do after 2 weeks, but they seem happy together and parents are still trying to keep them together and safe so i will leave be for the time being.
They grew slow for the first few weeks, now there is no stopping them, they eat everything and anything (discus's age is counted from the first day of free swiming and not when first hatched for some reason)
this is them feeding off mum a couple of weeks back

and of dad even earlier

Just for you Nelly. the male now looks like mini adult, but the 2 females are in quarentine as the males bullied them and munched their tails, tough little things though and recovering well

discus fry, have 17 left, Eric_the_red male is red marlbourgh and female pigeon blood, the fry will be same as both parents or mix of 2 as the red marlbrough also carrys the pigeon blood gene
