Country specific community fish?

Hello all! I am looking at doing a themed tank (55 gallon) with some smallish community fish from certain countries. My kids have been on several mission trips and I would like to have a tank with fish from those countries. I know that most are continent specific and that is helpful. I am looking to build a community tank with fish from Japan, Brazil, Indonesia, Bulgaria, Panama and Kenya. Is this even possible? I'm fairly new although I have had african cichlids and I had a native tank with bluegill before.

Generally, this is not possible because you have fish with differing requirements for temperature, and likely GH and pH.
