So as i was feeding my fish today i noticed that there was a copper harlequin tetra that had dramatically lost its bright colour and had become faded. Also it was not swimming atall well and even seemed to nose dive down and do forward flips, obviously had no control of this. Anyway it appears to have more controll of its swimming now but is still not 100% and is still very faded in colur and is not schoaling with the other tetras. Ill let the vid do the talking. In the vid I have mainly focused on the sick harlequin but have tried to show a few of the healthy ones so you can compare. sorry about the poor quality video, but here it is........

cheers for any advice given

Henry

Welcome to the forum!

Is it possibly swim bladder? I'm not sure tbh, but worth looking into.

And they're Rasbora's not Tetra's.

Hope the little guy recovers!

it could be bacterial. i'd observe the affected fish in case his condition worsens. also, watch out for the female krib. they can be bullies, especially when they're breeding.
