I like Edam with a Chilli Powder/Salt Mix and Tomatoes.

Mild Cheese with Philadelphia and Black Olives.

Cheese Tomatoe Chilli Powder and Tons of Mayo.

Cheese/Mayo with a Side of Crunchy Salad.

Cheese Tomato Spring Onions then Toasted.

and All of the Above done in the Sandwich Toaster.

Feta Cheese with Chargrilled Vegetables on Red Pepper Bread or Sundried Tomatoe bread.

cheddar and marmite/vegimite

cheddar with pickle (branstons is best) plus brown sauce (HP for me)

mature or extra mature cheddar with salad cream and ham

I could go on but others are worse

Cheese and branston pickle.

Cheese and tomato ketchup (heinz if possible) done in a sandwich toaster.

Cheese and ham.

Meatball marinara sub with cheese.

Cheese salad baguette.

The list is endless, my preferred cheeses are Edam, mozzarella, red leicester, chedder and dutch smoked. I am also quite partial to a bit of brie or stilton, either on crackers, or very tasty on steak or a burger!

Edit - The most odd i have heard of but never tried for the thought of it, Cheese and strawberry jam.

Our farm shop sells mature cheddar cheese with garlic and herbs very anti social but delicious

Cheddar and marmite.
Cheddar, tomato puree, ham and mushroom (pizza like)
Cheddar and mixed herbs.
All done under the grill!

I also like cheese on toast with either wooster sauce, or a real yorkshire delicacy, hendersons relish!

Cheese on toast is also nice with grated cheese mixed with a beaten egg, nice and fluffy!

cheese on toast melted under the grill with tomatoes & worcester sauce.
mmmmmmmmmm

my favourite all time cheese is double gloucester
single gloucester is amazing too, but can only be bought in..er..gloucester.

My favourite cheese on toast is a mixture of double Gloucester and mature cheddar with finely chopped red onion a slice of tomato and a handfull of chopped parsley topped with a few drops of Worcester sauce and then popped under the grill until its melted and bubbling.

For toasties it doesnt come much better than smoked bacon and French brie or pancetta mozzerella and tomato, though the traditional cheese and ham toasty has been a life saver on many boozy afternoons down the pub.

i'll only eat cheese melted, don't like it 'raw' so has to be toasted sandwiches

can't beat bacon and cheese

god i'm so hungry now
