The Catfish Autumn Auction is being held this Sunday (15 November)

Don't be mistaken and think that only catfish will be available, there will be plenty of other fish and as it's a working mens club the drinks are relatively cheap.

Not actually part of the group, but as it isn't a million miles away from me I always go and have yet to go away without some sort of bargain.

The auctioneer only knows what is on offer the day of the auction, never yet had a list in advance.

Ah right okay what about times? Is there an entry fee?

Starts at 1pm going on 1.30pm, but as parking is at a premium there try so get there earlier and get a decent seat and you can have your lunch while you wait for the old fish mongers to get sorted out.

Oops forgot normally it is free entry.

Bring plenty of change with you, and control yourself... it is too easy to buy fish you don't really have tank space for LOL.
