See, I kind of like watching the fish in the tank as I go to sleep, and I think it would be cool to leave on a little table lamp on next to my tank. It's got a 5 watt bulb, and that is surrounded by paper so the light is dim as it comes through.
Just asking, because I know fish and plants are used to certain fluctuations of light, and I'm wondering if it will disturb them to have the lamp on at night (especially since plants can't control how much they photo-synthesize).
