My gorami has been very fat for a very long time almost 2 months now. He wont eat at all. Iv tried peas he wont eat them. Moved him to my hospital tank tried medicating the water. Didn't help. Regular water changes have perked him up. Hes still swimming around fine. He hangs around the heater a bit. Tried Epsom salts yesterday and doesn't seem to have helped. His scales are still healthy and fine so I don't think its dropsy. Please help hes my favourite of all my gorami and hes held on for so long now I'd hate to see him die.

How long has the tank been set up for?
How often do you do water changes and gravel clean the substrate, and how much water do you change?
When was the last time you cleaned the filter and how did you clean it?
What is the temperature of the water?
What are you feeding the fish?
