My brother has just got one of these tanks, http

Same foot print as a 90 as far as I can see, basically I would like suggestions on a big fish to utilise the top part of the tank as it's so tall, or several medium/large fish that could use the top area a lot, the bottom part/rest of the tank will have lots of coral with a sand substrate for the malawi's that are due to go in there.
The water around here is medium hard and the ph around 7.5-8.0 and I don't want to to be messing around with changing it, at the moment the tank will have 7 yellow labs, 4 salusi and 2 afra white tops so very understocked at the moment.
