would I be able to put golfish in a puddle about 30ft in diameter and 3 ft deep the water is clear lots of duck wee algea and bugs would they reproduce?

Your goldies may spawn, they are very prolific. I would worry that the frogs would eat the eggs and babies tho. Would be worth a try if your puddle holds water throughout the year and isn't subjected to rain runoff from the neighborhood. Think about the pesticides in your neighbor's yard.
