Betta Flaring

Here it is. He's a normal betta. He was in a cup when I got him. He was for my birthday. I heard that the LFS said that "He can live in a cup. Very simple. You just have to do water changes every week. But even if you don't do a water change a month, it's will okay. Feed him a few pellets once a day." No wonder he looked kinda stressed. His fins were also kinda ripped. They're growing back now, though...

Why don't you put that LFS employee in a cup and feed him a few pellets a day? And don't change his pants for a month. Your beautiful betta is in good hands now.
