ok sounds good.
So I'm thinking:

3 guppies (Or should I get more guppies?)
8 neon tetras fish
2 Dwarf Gouramis

I think that is a good stoking plan if your happy with it. You might be able to have guppies if you want to do some extra water changes though.

Agree, pair of dwarves, a shoal of neons and 3 male guppies sounds pretty good. WD

What size of a tank do you have in US Gallons. I think it is around 10 gallons, right?

A 35 is 9.2 US gallons, just under 10G size. It is fairly small for the stocking being suggested but with good care it could still go well.

Yeah the way I find out is that I divide by 3. It's not always 100% spot on but it is really close rounding ;). About your stocking. It should be fine just make sure to have spot hiding spots for the Neon and guppies. Im not sure why they would be scared but it is always a good idea. Also if you wanted to you could add a Ghost Shrimp. They add microscopic levels of ammonia in the tank, but if you get a ton of them each on still takes up space in the water. ;)

We have a nice calculator along the toolbar above the threads - does all sorts of conversions for you. I'm not sure it is visble in all the forum skins though (I see it in the gray lustrous one I'm currently using.)

Oh thanks I'll be sure to check that out. :)

I've purchased my fish :D I've got 3 guppies - 2 females and 1 male and 2 dwarf gouramis. BUT my one female guppy looks to be pregnant! Haha :)

I presume you have purchased 2 male (the brghtly coloured) dwarf gourami? If so, they will most likely fight, to the death. If 1 male and 1 female (silver coloured) then the male will likely harrass the female to death, unless they are a proven pair (but even then it's a possible outcome)

Also, depending on the colour of your guppys, the DGs may start to chase/attack them. Stressing them and possibly leading to death.

Also, you didn't answer the question from waterdrop - how did you cycle your tank?

I'm not sure about the gouramis. One is blue and one is red, they seem all fine together! 1 male guppy and 2 females I have.

search 'powder blue gourami' and 'flame gourami' on google images - are these what you have?

I believe these are colour morphs of the standard DG, and I think both will be male - but I'm really not sure with these variations.

Any bullying/fighting will take time to develop as they are currently getting used to their new surroundings.

You still haven't said how you cycled your tank - this is extremely important.
