Beginner - Do I Need To Change Anything With The Fishless Cycle For A

Ive set up my Aquael 30 litre shrimp tank and I have used live plants in the set up. Do I need to alter the fishless cycle routine as it is a smaller tank and will be used for shrimp rather than fish?

No, it'll be exactly the same. You can use a lower concentration of ammonia, if it's just going to be for shrimps. 1ppm would be plenty high enough (unfortunately, it won't make your cycle any faster though!)
