Babys!

Your like a bloody broken record mate get a bloody grip of your self will ya and stop asking people what you can keep in your 27ltr tank you have started at least 5 topics asking the same thing and each time you dont like the answers you can not keep hardly anything in a 6g tank so you are going to have to realise that sooner or later so your best bet is to take the advise that people give you or just stop posting on here cause im getting sick of reading stupid posts made by you and im sure i aint the only one.

6UK gallons = 7.2 US gallons. So really doesn't leave you with any options if you are set on keeping those corys. And not a great life for two corys to be stuck in such a small tank where they can't school :/

You could keep a small group of Endlers and a couple of Amano shrimp - that would be my choice. But this of course depends on the surface area and dimensions of the tank.

mark, that's not very nice. If his posts annoy or offend you, don't read them.

You also have the option to block members so that you can't read (and get annoyed) by their post. Just go to your control panel.

i know i can be annoying but u dont have to act the gangsta mark...

o and i was wondering, do corys eat flake normally? coz mine are scoffing it down!!! there like mini hoovers! lol

(b4 anyone says, i do feed them their own food, ...........its like treading on a mine field....)

No its not very nice but for months he has been starting post and asking what people can keep in his tank he has argued that his tank is bigger than it is and not listen when people give advise then he agreed it was 27ltrs and would not accept the fact that he cant keep what he wants take the last post for instance has completely ignored what he has been told because his 2 corys are fine forget the fact he can only have one more fish that gets no bigger than 2". So yeah i will get wound up as i have spent alot of posts helping him and i know of various people that have spent days and days helping him. Basically mate you can not have a decent tank set up that you want in such a small tank so you need to face reality or just mess things up 4 yourself as people just will stop helping.

u havent helped alot........i have listened..and im greatful; iv took in alot of info thanku!
all uv done i now and again had a go at me :look: and its been cycling for 2 weeks with danios actually, then i took them out and added those fish.

also whats happened to all these babies that suddenly come from know where quiet the hand of god you are managed to buy 2 types of fish put them in your tank get them to lay eggs then get them fertilised and hatch them in what 36hrs just the hand of god!!!!!

and its been cycling for 2 weeks with danios actually, then i took them out and added those fish.

As i said you dont listen danios=tanks of 20g not 6

I strongly agree with mark.

Im not an experienced aquarist but not only do you post 100 questions (which is fine) you ignore our answers completely.

We had a 6 page chat with you about your stocking list, and yet, you completely ignored all of those posts and went and bought your incorrect stocking list, just to find you have problems with these fish.

I am really upset that you didnt take any of our info into account and ignored us :(

You think we're "having a go at you" but this is untrue. We have tried too help you and persevered with you but unfortunately you dont want too listen.

However, i just anted to say - A fish cycle goes for about 4-6 weeks until the "good" bacteria is established for that sized tank.

Also, your small tank could have been good if there was more surface area. Your tank dimentions arnt that great and wont be suitable for active fish.

Hi,

I too have to agree that you don't listen to the advise that has been given. I know its hard when you want something you can't have and I will put my hands up to being abit deaf to advise at times but you can't take short cuts with fish.

Still what matters now is the fish you have. It seems to me that you have a tank with a lot of fry that need to be identified and rehomed if still alive. I would talk to your lfs to see if he could shed some light on the situation.

What about the tetras that are in the tank? It does come across like - well the tetras will probably going to die anyway so what can I have instead. If they are not dead then what are you going to do with them?

Wouldn't it be better to try to help what you already have, after all you put them there, rather than just try to get something else that will probably die to due to over stocking.

Just a suggestion among the bickering :/ why don't you get yourself a bigger tank say a 2ft one, start with that, then move your fish and keep your current tank for a hospital/secondary one?

i have a six gallon tank but i only use that for breeding and keeping the young alive a bigger tank would really help, have a look in the buy sell swap section for a member close to you or even post here how much room and money you have to spare and ill find you one.

please listen to the advise that has been given these people really know what there talking about so if you choose to ignore tham of course they are going to get mad :good:

there going in my mums tank coz hers has been running for 1 year, and she will treat them...
my mum wouldt let me have a big tank........i wish i could have a 2 foot one but thats just not gonna happen..
:(

anyone no any other biggish tanks, say 15 gallons?
iv got no room for hospital tank... wil i be able to take it back??..if i clean it up and buy new filter sponge etc??

Qays, the surface area = 9.9 inches

o really doubt youll be able to take it back but somebody on here may be able to take it off your hand congrats on listening

Hi,

I don't want to appear rude but I have been reading a thread you posted a while ago when first deciding what to stock. On this post everyone advises you against getting 4 tetras, cories and a gourami. Someone said you would end up posting in the emergency sections cos fish would get ill. You said no way that would happen, however you are now saying that the tetras are missing their tails. Perhaps you shuld have listened then and the poor fish wouldn't be suffering now.

There are many manufactures that make 15g tanks but are you going to listen to advise on stocking or will you just go ahead and stock?

I do appreciate it is difficult for you. I remember my first tank. I wanted everything straight away, however I now have 4 tanks (all under 15g) and I have the fish I want. It just took patience and a hell of alot of saving.

I do wish you well but please think of the fish first.
