Here is my Aquaone 30 set up,
Aquaone 30
Blue LEDs added to the LED lighting
Ceramic Media bag added to the filter area (under the sponge)
Floss removed, found filter works better without it
Sponge added to the filter inlet (shrimp sucked in initially, managed to rescue them!)
Substrate:
Tetraplant Complete Substrate
Tetraplant Active Substrate
Plants:
Java Moss
Java Fern
Christmas Moss
Dwarf Hair Grass
Other stem plant - unknown at present (forgot ;-p)
Occupants:
Many pest snails
2 x Assassin Snails
6 x Cherry Red Shrimp
6 x Ember Tetra
Water Changes ect
6 ltr x twice a week
0.5ml Seachem Excel per day
0.5ml Seachem Flourish weekly
Lighting
On 0900 Off 2200
