my apple snail is spending alot of time obove water line
why?

(i have 2 apple snails if that helps)

Odds are it's laying eggs or the water is too unhealthy for it to stay in so it's looking for a new habitat. If your water is healthy, then it's most likely looking for a place to lay eggs. They rarely leave the water for any other reason.
