Apisto

Any of these should be fine:

Agassiz's Cichlid-Apistogramma agassizi
Cockatoo Cichlid-Apistogramma cacatoides
Viejita's Cichlid-Apistogramma viejita
Panda Dwarf Cichlid-Apistogramma nijsseni
Borelli's Dwarf Cichlid-Apistogramma borellii

Any of the above will be fine in a 10G. They all grow to arround the same size (male: about 8cm female: about 5cm)

You might also be able to add a school of neons. I am setting up a cockatoo apistogramma tank with some neons and corries. There is a thread I created talking about bottom feeders for the cockatoo appisto.

i was going to but some guppies and cherry barbs i alredy have in there
and i want to breed bn so i might put a few of the frw in there for a while dose that sound ok

I'm not sure about the guppies, they are a peachful fish, so they SHOULD be fine. I pretty sure the cherry barbs will be good. And you want to breed a bristlenose pleco in a 10 gallon??? What do you mean by bn? And yes, if you don't have the other ifsh in this tank, and have all of the conditions they prefer to breed, it should work well.

no im breeding them in a 28g and might put a few of the fry in the 10g until the get to big

Hi, just a comment about Cory in with Cockatoo Cichlid-Apistogramma (cacatoides). The latter are fairly easy to breed so your female will 'herd' the fry around the bottom of the tank. Cory probably wouldn't interfere intentionally but won't be able to avoid getting in the way of the fiercely protective female leading to constant harassment

the tank is going to be 14g but 4g are going to be divided of for a male betta. but do you think if the fry get through the divider they will shred the betta. and do you think i could have 3 cherry barbs and 3 guppies in with the apisto

I don't know about breeding, but you could have some rams in the tank. If you are skilled enough, they MIGHT breed.
