Apisto

I have to disagree, If it is not kept with other cichlids, it should be fine in a 10 gallon. I have to admit, a pair in a 10 gallon would be kind of cramped due to them having to find their own territory, but if it was well planted and they were enought places to hide, then they would be fine. I might drop the neons, but they should be fine. :good:

yh but if apisto get to big surely they would aswell
and i went dwn the lfs yesterday and he said he could order in a few types of apisto that only grow to 3.5 cm i cant remember what they where called but whould the be able to go in there?

Who told you that apistogramma are too big for a 10 gallon?? And I doubt that there are any type of appist that grow to an adult size of 3.5cm maybe 3.5 inches. LThat is probally how big they are when they orderr them. But most apistogramma will be FINE in a ten gallon. And rams would be FINE in a ten gallon. Just make sure that you plant them nice and full and make a few places for them to establish their turf.

ow so just the apistoi read it quickly and thought it said 10g isnt big enought for a pair of apisto
i think ill go with the abisto then which once do you think i shoud get
