Any Regular Ebay/paypal Users?

i ordered something on ebay from a business seller , to cut a long story short i got a refund. in my paypal account it says refunded and says completed , but my paypal balance is still zero. is that normal? it doesnt seem right to me .

Depends on the method used to pay. If you have funds in paypal that you use to pay, then the refund should go back as a paypal credit. If you use paypal to take money directly from your bank account when paying, it will most likely turn up back in there. So my advice would be to check your bank account.

thanks . i use my paypal linked to my debit card , so i expet the refund has gone onto the card. thanks for your reply .

I've had this before mate, same thing with me getting a refund from a business seller, it just takes a bit longer for the refund to go into your bank account with processing times etc....it will say somewhere within the transaction details that it takes "x" amount of days to be in your account
