Any Ideas What These Are? Pic Included

Generally when they hatch the baby snails slide down the glass and start eating the algae. Some may get picked off (depending on what fish you have) others will then make their way around the tank. They are really very small when they hatch, but given time you will see them as they get larger roaming around. If you are lucky to be around when they hatch and have a spare tank set up move them into that. If the cluster fall's off or is knocked into the tank, they will drown I'm afraid. Good Luck

Hi

Do you recon it would be ok to move them now? I have a small tank that used to gave stick insects in it. I could make a ledge for them, put some tank water in there and a heater then they won't get eaten.

I quite excited actually,l! What's the saying? Little things please little minds.

If your apple snail / mystery snail eggs are kept moist without becoming wet, they will hatch in about 3 weeks from when they were laid in a typical aquarium environment. The tiny snails will fall into the water and fight to survive there.

Agreed also apple snail eggs. I wouldnt move then as the momma made a good decision on the best spot to put them. Just be careful to not knock them off.And as OM pointed out, about 3 weeks to hatch.
Best of luck with the snalies.
cheers!

My 2 apple snails mate constantly and there are often clumps of eggs like that in the tank hood, the really big clumps look like brains!

Btw I destroy the eggs soon after they are laid, I don't want or need 100 apple snails!
