Anuncia barteri little holes

Hi all. I had an anubia barteri looking like this. Do you know wether it is a disease or are snails doing it? I got bladder snails and micro ramshorns.

Holes in leaves like that are usually not made my snails, rather by macronutrient (Nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium) deficiencies.

Will you please check your nitrate level in your tank? (These levels are a plants main source of nutrients. If none are present in the tank, your plants have no way of growing)
