I've seen a few threads on these before, and with the search function, but never really participated... today I saw a misleading picture of a white rose for sale, it peaked my interest, but when scrolling through the pictures I saw a little " white fuzz" that was I assume what I would actually be receiving...

1st... anyone that bought this, have it thriving at least 6 months???

2nd... if you received a little white fluff, did it survive for you???

I have had pretty good luck with 5-6 types of anubias, so I'm looking to branch out a little.

I tried it. Gorgeous healthy plants when received, didn't survive the transition and died within a week. Too expensive for me to murder on a regular basis so that was my one and only attempt. I have regular anubias white that has proven difficult too, although I haven't managed to kill it off yet. I can't seem to find the right balance....apparently the white varieties require more light, but it's still an anubias, so you've got the same algae issues.

I think I'm probably stuck with plain ol' boring green plants.
