its kewl, i think ill stick to getting the group of balas.


mite still get the 3 chalceus (think thats what they were called....i have such a crap memory) that my LFS had cos there really nice too!

mite have to lose the bichir to get them tho.

5 balas is a much better idea than 3 they are great fish shame i had to get rid of mine they grow fast in a big tank i grew mine from tiny 2" babies into 8"

well to be honest i was never that bigger fan of catfish.


the reason i thought of gettin another is cos i bought a syno cat for my malawi tank and i really like the guy!


i thought he was an upside down catfish but he seems to be getting bigger than them and his fin is huuuuge on his back.


maybe if he keeps getting bigger then i could move him over and get him some friends.

i dont know if it will be pushing it for room but how about a small group of pictus cats?they get quite big in the right size tank and are interesting fish
