Am I Going To Die?!?

I guess it did drift lol. Instead of aquarium things falling into your food and its impact on lifespan, its turned into stupid things that happened during owning an aquarium that might have an impact on lifespan lol

About 10 gallons lol I meant to say water. And that's a true story I feel better now though.

Am I going to die?!? I just spilled about 1 teaspoon of aquarium eater in my coffee then drank it!!! What's going to happen?? There was an aqueon betta pellet in there too. Gulp
What size tank does that doseage consume? :p

OP: Yes, you are going to die. But don't worry, so am I and everyone else some day... Probably :p

I accidentally said aquarium eater instead of water and he said how much does one teaspoon of aquarium eater consume/eat lol

Back on the subject of deadly fish food, I had fed my oscars some frozen silversides, and i forgot to wash my hands. I was cleaning a new tank and squished my finger...popped it in my mouth
silversides dont tast good.

HAHAHAHA! this thread cheered me right up!

My syphon wouldn't start today, so decided to try sucking on the tube....
Why do people do this?
Fill the siphon with water by sinking the whole thing in the tank, put your thumb on the end where the water comes out and take your thumb off when you've got the tube end in your bucket/out the window.

I want to thank each and every one of you that have contributed to this thread. I have been sitting in the hospital with a sick baby and this has made my day. From the bottom of my heart, thank you all!

I tried... but the siphon just wouldn't work on its own. -.- All it did was scare the fish. Could it be that the tank wasn't high enough? Or was the tube too long?
I tried with a tube only though, dad destroyed the bottle that was supposed to be used (but that bottle smelled like juice anyway so it would have been a bad idea to use it, I washed it several times and it didn't go away).

Here's what I did:
I filled one end with aquarium water, the tube was at the bottom of the tank, with its mouth facing up.
I pulled the tube to the surface and kept my finger on the other end, then let go of it and placed the wet end back into the aquarium... No suction, it stopped throwing out the water after a bit.

What did I do wrong?
