Algae Eater For My Cichlid Tank ?

Im getting Algae so i was thinking of some sort of good algae eater for my tang cichlid tank i no they wont get rid of it but just to keep it under control maybe a BN plec ?? i dont what i could have with cichlids though help plz

a BN pleco should be okay, just make sure its a captive bred specie

a common or BN pleco will be fine for your purposes. however, keep in mind that these guys actually produce more waste then they consume. this means more frequent tank cleanings in addition to the pleco.
