ADF Bloated and Red Splotches- Infectious?

Hi everyone,
I previously wrote about my bloated ADF who may have Dropsy, but now she has red splotches all over her belly and her hand so im afraid she might be infectious. I have two other frogs, and one of them has cloudy eyes. Should I separate the bloated one with the red splotches? Im also wondering if theres a more human way I can let her pass since this looks incredibly painful Im not sure I could actually do it but im open to suggestions.

I would probably separate it, but i don't want to make that call. Hopefully someone more experienced will reply to this thread.
