Addiction

I tried to call my sponsor! I was freaking out! I couldn't get a hold of him! I was hitting myself in the face telling me to snap out of it, and get a hold of myself! But I couldn't stand it. The urge was too strong! And without my sponsor answering the phone, I had no where else to turn! I let my addiction get the best of me! Ashamed as I am to say.......I bought another tank monday...

I believe I just met my future!

It all started at my local petco when I walked through the fish aisle and had the dream to have a tank full of cool fish!

I decided I wanted to try it after waltzing through the fish aisle at the beginning of last summer so I found a great deal at my local petco: $70 for a 29 gallon tank setup. So I bought it and a nice stand and off I went on my research. I researched on compatible fish, but not once did it come to mind: I need to join a forum. They'd be helpful to a novice like me. ; but I did my research and got everything I needed ran the filter for 3 days and then I grabbed a few fish and whamo!! I was addicted. My dad doesn't like it as much as I do though. He had a 29 gallon and s 20 gallon growing up. He said he's supportive of my nice hobby, but to a point. But yes I'm addicted.

oh its true XD I'll probably do that... except i'll come home with a tank... and fish... and an entire plan/theme for the new tank... then realize i don't have enough money to eat that night then... and end up eating whatever is in the cupboard or i just won't eat...

oh man....i get jittery and itchy, hot, and sweaty when i look at the tanks for sale and all the fish at my lfs....or even on craigslist....My favorite part is setting it up personally, and being limited to only my 65 gallon is torture when there are so many sweet fish and plants, and set up ideas and layouts.... Last week there was a 125gallon tank with stand and everything for sale for only 90$ ......after seeing that ad i broke out in hives and was sent into a fish keeping induced coma.

Im going to go cry in the corner behind my fish tank now....

Psch... I'm not trying to convince mom a 46 gallon tank would look a lot better in the new house than the small glass table she has...

Who needs glass tables when you could have (this is what my mom calls my tanks) glass boxes. She told me I'm too addicted to glass boxes full of smelly water and germs and stuff!!!!!!!!
