Angel Lady, please take no offence, but is the pets section not exactly for that - PETS??
If we can post any animal pics in there, I will post all my pictures of lions, elephants and rhinos too. Just kinda doesn't make sense
And not that they are not lovely, but why should an animal that is not a pet or does not even belong to the photographer - get a nomination for "pet of the month" ??

All I meant by this was to post it in the pet section it might get nominate for POTM. I am sorry if any offense was taking. I didnt know they would be a debate over this by all means I am sorry for suggesting this it wont happen again. It is just that I love ferrets and I thought it would be a sure nomination.

It's not their pet though... Now if there's a random animal photo contest that I'm not aware of, I have a sea turtle that's just a shoe in for 1st place

It doesnt matter if it thier pet or not as long as someone nominates it..at least that was what I was told. I will never make another suggestion it seems to get throwed in my face. So please forgive me it wont happen again.
