48 Hour Cycle

Is a 48 hour non fish cycle be enough for two pregnant swordtails??
I am anxious about my little ladies. And I want them to not be stressed out before they birth. So I want to transfer them to their 20 gallon tank asap.
Adding stability everyday as well.

Could you take some of your mature media from the main tank? Then your 'nursery' tank will be instantly cycled.

Between this and another one of your posts, I think you misunderstand what a fishless cycle is. It is not merely letting the tank run without fish. Have a look at this article written by TFF's TTA.
