Hang on, are we talking about 28W or Shaun now? I actually thought Shaun let itself down by being really gory as well as being a comedy. I found I couldn't really mix the two in my head, either we're looking through our 80's albums and finding crap music to throw, or we are watching our friends get disemboweled.
I liked 28D/L - it was creepy and it messed with my head. Every morning when I went into the Training Suit at work on my way to make coffee - and I was the first one in that part of the building, I kept thinking - what if an infected came screaming out of the kitchen? I had to start putting the lights on to walk in there, that is so lame seeing as I am 37 years old.
Not seen 28W/L and probably won't until it's on TV.
I saw the 28D/L one where they showed the different endings - which one did it have in the cinema? I always wondered. There was one where they all went to live in Wales, and one where he died and the girls went off to do zomb-battle on their own.
