1.5 Watt Per Gallon Corals?

Hey,
I have a 10 gallon tank with a 15 watt regular flourcent strip light. I dont have the money for another lighting system so I was thinking, would low light mushrooms work or are there any other low light corals out there?

15w of T8 (assume its t8) is not very much so not sure even mushrooms and zoas would be ok under that. You could get a power compact start unit and tube for about £30-40 (new, less second hand) and you could keep a lot of soft corals under that. Its just as important that ytou have another flow and high enough water quality as well though.

I'd use the 10g as a spare hospital and QT tank Have a larger tank for your main tank with corals.
