Alright there is some species of cichlids that were in the enclosure with the crocodile in the rainforest swamp exhibit of the Africa section of a zoo in Oregon and also a species of fish which is served as a food for the zoo's Polar Bears and also some species of fish that were in that illustrated information sign for the crocodile which it will be the Slender Snouted Crocodile in the enclosure of that exhibit but i do not know what species were they?

The tankmates for the croc appear to be a "tilapia." I put that in quotes because until a recent revision there were over 100 "tilapia' species in the genus and even more undescribed species. Plus natural hybrids. That enormous genus has since been split up into 8 or so other genera. I'd be surprised if anyone could identify which species is pictured with certainty, though I'd wager it is one of the 40 or so 'tilapia' now in the genus called Oreochromis.

The fish on the sign have barbels and appear to be African carps/barbs of some sort. Again, there are lots of them

The polar bear food sure looks like a trout to me. But I defer to my fisherman colleagues.

I'm with @Innesfan . There is some kind of Tilapia/ex Tilapia, probably an Oreochromis (mossambicus?), or maybe Pelmotilapia mariae. @Magnum Man might recognize them and set that straight.

The dead fish looks like a speckled trout, but I haven't gone sport fishing in 40 years.

The info plaque has some kind of barb. The big barbs of Africa aren't well known to the hobby - given that the small ones are hardly even kept.
